Introduction of CBMN
The Charumati Buddhist Mission – Nepal (CBMN) is a non profitable, non governmental and charitable Buddhist organization, was established on Vesak day of 2000 under the guidance and leadership of Venerable Tapassi Dhamma Thero, the abbot of Shree Ashok Charumati Vihara, Chabahil Kathmandu.

Kathmandu is a multi-cultural center, where the CBMN will concentrate on. However, it will serve as a hub for the development of Religious, Social, Cultural, Education and Environment under the Buddhist ethics and moral way around the country of Nepal in co-operation with National and international organizations plus to organize national and international seminars and conferences.
 
Aims & Objectives
Renovation, preservation and promoting Buddhist Arts and Culture across Nepal territory
Creating and Educating awareness of Buddhist Arts and Culture Nationally and Internationally
Providing education and training courses for children and adults
Establish children home and provide shelter to boarding lodging educational, vocational training and medical health expenses and to the under privilege socially, economically for all
Educate people about health and Safety plus environment awareness
Buddhist Meditation, Yoga, Ethics and Moral Education (Dhamma school) to understand own self and create better citizens of the country
Establishment of Multimedia libraries, Publications, providing related documents
Voluntary promotion and training program etc.
